No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
2. Custom Orders
All custom apparel and print orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once production has begun. By submitting a design, image, or logo, you confirm that you own the rights to use such material or have obtained proper authorization. Cornerstone Threads assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringements related to customer-submitted content.
3. Order Accuracy and Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including artwork, sizes, colors, and quantities. Once a proof is approved and production begins, no changes can be made. Cornerstone Threads is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cornerstone Threads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Custom orders are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
6. Governing Law
This website and all transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Georgia state law.
